
INTRODUCTION
One of the most popular cuisines is Thai Cuisines. Its well known all over the world and it is consider to be a major culinary art. Which is why we are proposing to use Thai Food as a platform for one of Franchise Brand. We are designing this brand on a new approach and we would be adding some fresh idea. Thai Cuisine is well known to be spicy and one of the most intricate flavours. Special Ingredients are needed to prepare a real authentic taste. For this reason we have decided to incorporate a Thai convenience store in the brand concept. Further to that it adds additional revenue stream. Most convenience store like 7Eleven and Family Mart display and sell Prepacked and Processed Food. We on the other hand focus on freshly cook food served at the Café Section. While we will also have fresh baked and prepared food at the store section.

The Brand will be known as “LITTLE BANGKOK” and the tagline will be “your local Thai store and café”. We are now constructing the first flagship store. It is located at ONE CITY, a multi shopping, entertainment and SOHO Condominium Facility consisting of 3 major Complexes.
THE SKYPARK : This is a 20 storey office, shopping and restaurants. Included too is a small medium scale 4 star hotel.
THE EVENT PLACE : A 6 storey building Complex which houses the Entertainment HUB. It also included a Thai Club.
THE SQUARE [ONESPACE] : This is where Little Bangkok will be located. This location was chosen as there are a substantial population of Thai nationals. Further DP Empire are also doing other projects in the complex. One City is also surrounded by 3 major communities : Subang Jaya and USJ, Puchong and Putera Heights. These communities have a large concentration of Thai nationals and affluent residences.

The First Flagship Store is located at Ground Floor of The OneSpace. A mix commercial Mall and SOHO.
SUMMARY
We are enthusiastic that LITTLE BANGKOK will be very viable and has a high potential to be a good brand. It is also a brand that has many sub brands potentials.
Little Bangkok will be placed under a company known as LB FOOD VENTURES SDN. BHD. Proposed Capitalisation is RM1,000,000.
Our Marketing strategy is divided into 3 sections.
1.We will be focussing on the local population in and around One City and its surrounding areas.
2.To build up the online presence and to develop a delivery system with the support of online and mobile apps.
3.To educate the public on the existence of LB thru YouTube and other social media.

RATIONALS
Any business ventures have risk, weaknesses and strengths. As part of the strategy we try our best to reduce the risk by increasing the strength and try as much we can to reduce the chance of failure.
Little Bangkok manages to reduce the risk by adding more income streams to the operations. LB is not just as Café, it is also a Convenience Store. Thus it has several revenue streams. These multiple revenue streams means additional sales income.
Little Bangkok is more than just a Café.

•Sales Income from the café operations is further added with Delivery services. Therefore it does not depend on walk in or dine in customers.
​•Further we will be having regular weekly and monthly events.
​•Sales income from retail operations is also further boosted with an online marketplace.

PROFITABILITY
The convenience store will retail about 60% to 70% Thai products. It will also included sections selling prepared, processed and fresh packed foods. A baking sections at the Kiosk or Gazebo and a small section selling cut fruits and juices. There are also few vending machines and food dispensers like soft serve ice cream and beverages.
We anticipate LB would have a really comfortable profits due to its many revenue streams and also the first location that we have chosen has a good niche customer base. It is anticipated that LB would have good ROI and we also anticipate the yearly nett profits can be around 20% to 25% against sales revenue.

3 YEAR PLAN
Little Bangkok development strategy plan is divided into 3 Parts each of over a 3 years period. Phase ONE is to construct and build the FIRST Flagship store which is located at ONE-CITY. This store will be considered as the standard size store. We have designed 4 types of store with various sizes and functionality. Each type will depend on the area space available and also the marketability study for each community.
1.This is the deemed the standard size which comprises of the Convenience Store and Café which is of equal space area. Ideally, Little Bangkok Stores will be located in a reasonable populated community.
2.The Second type store is where the convenience store is merged within the Café or vice versa. That is to say the Convenience store is the main feature and within the Store is a Kitchen area for preparations of the Food. In this concept the Store would mainly sells processed or prepared packed meals. The seating area will be minimal. This concept is like most other convenience store like 7 Eleven, Family Mart etc.
3.The Third Type is where the main Feature is the Café and the retail section will be scattered with the Café area.
4.The Fourth type is what we called the Kiosk or Gazebo concept. The main feature is that it will mostly have quick service meals.

The First 3 Year Plan will be from 2018 to 2020. The main focus is to build the Flagship Store, stabilise all the Operating Procedures and most importantly to do the Market Testing the Menu and recipes. Within this 3 years we also hope to build at least 10 Stores of different types.

What is LB Wealth Management Program
Little Bangkok Store & Café will be part of a Wealth Management Program. It is A Store Business that have Been designed to be Franchised. The Franchising is divided into 3 Packages or Programs.
1.International and Regional
This is where the brand will be marketed on an international Level.. i.e Investors or Interested party or parties can buy the brand to be franchised to individual countries and/or Regions within a country.
Investor/s can buy 80% ownership of the brand for any country. Currently there are queries for countries like Dubai, Singapore and Indonesia.

2.Local Franchising
This is only for regions within Malaysia. Local Franchising is divided into the following proportions.
1.LB Food Ventures minimum 30%
2.Owner/Operator 60%
3.Wealth Program Investors 10%

Little Bangkok is owned by LB FOOD VENTURES SDN. BHD. It is a Malaysian registered based company. About 30% of the company will be allotted to individual investors. Each lot is divided into 1000 shares and initially the lot will be at RM1,000 or 1000 shares at par RM1.00 per share. It is proposed the initial capitalisation of LB Food Ventures will be RM1,000,000 or 1,000,000 shares at RM1.00 per share.
